DEI Systems completed this 2 building project with PC Construction in March of 2019. The project consists of a 7 story, 344,000SF mill remodel featuring (198) 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, 60,000SF self-storage facility and a 42,000SF ground level parking garage.  Community features include a roof deck, cyber café, fitness/yoga studio, community room and riverfront park.  An additional 29,000SF single story building houses (19) luxury studio units with high ceilings and polished concrete floors.
